Important Hints:
1. You may register yourself to keep track of all your tickets or simply submit a new ticket without registering or logging..
2. You can submit a ticket by ticket number and viewing key that were sent to you when you submitted the ticket.
3. If you login and cannot see the ticket you are looking for then it may be closed, you can click on view all requests to see it.
4. Tickets are closed after 12 hours of not receiving an update from the client side but maybe opened again anytime. |
